Use: The Corner Finishers are used with the NS020 Corner Box to apply joint compound in corners. They also are used to wipe down and feather both sides of a corner in one pass. |

Features:
- The 2.5" angle head measures 2.63" working face of the blade in contact with the wall. It was designed with added capacity so that the joint compound applied in taping the corner doesn’t overwhelm the angle head during wipedown as it does with a 2” angle head.
- The 3.5” angle head size is exclusive to NorthStar. The working face of the blade in contact with the wall is 3.40". Over a year of testing went into coming up with this size. A 3” angle head is too small to feather properly into the bevels of the board (especially deep bevels), resulting in thick edging. A full 3.5” angle head is too large and feathers past the bevel resulting in an uneven edge. The NorthStar 3.5” size results in a perfectly blended and feathered corner.
- The 3.5" angle head matches most sander heads, reducing feathering of the paper.
- NorthStar’s patented locking mechanism locks the handle or the corner box to the angle head. It will not release accidentally.
- NorthStar uses beefy 5/16" stainless steel frames that are completely CNC machined for precision. The center clip has a stronger "grab" on the big frame to holds alignment better.
- NorthStar has a two position spring adjuster that allows you to lessen the tension.
- The body is precision-machined from solid billet
6061-T6.
- Each NorthStar angle head is set by hand, and will run out of the box every time, without adjustment.
